Corazón Healdsburg and the City of Healdsburg announce a celebration weekend carrying out the traditions of the Mexican holiday, Día de los Muertos -- the Day of the Dead. All are invited to this family-focused, community-engaging and cross-cultural weekend.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
Saturday, October 27 – Outdoor screening of “Coco” at 6 p.m. on the Healdsburg Plaza.
The Healdsburg celebration this year begins on the plaza Saturday, October 27, with an outdoor screening of the animated movie “Coco” in English with Spanish subtitles. Families can bring chairs, blankets and sleeping bags, and hot chocolate and popcorn will be served, all free of charge.

Corazón is co-hosting this fair along with the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce and City of Healdsburg. Healdsburg Sheriff Candidates Forum
Healdsburg High School Cafeteria - Doors open at 5:30
In anticipation of the June 5, 2018 election for Sonoma County Sheriff, join Corazón Healdsburg in partnership with the local chapter of the ACLU, BridgLab, Indivisible Healdsburg, the Healdsburg Progressive Alliance, and AAUW as we interview the candidates for Sonoma County Sheriff on April 24. Make an informed decision this November on one of the most important county-wide posts. The event will be held in English with live Spanish translation. Free childcare will be provided along with refreshments.

In honor of Cesar Chavez, Delores Huerta and farmworkers around the community, Corazón Healdsburg, Healthcare Foundation Northern Sonoma County and Comité Pochtlán will be hosting the Putleco Carnival and Health Fair on Saturday April 14, 1-7:30pm. The event will provide attendees with traditional Oaxacan food, live music and entertainment for the whole family. This is a free event and it will be at Healdsburg Community Center.
