Corazón Healdsburg’s Family Resource Center serves individuals and families who live or work in Northern Sonoma County—including Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville, and Cloverdale—and who are at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).

We support clients as they work to meet their basic human needs, explore opportunities, and move toward greater self-sufficiency. Our bilingual team provides compassionate support through information, referrals, case management, and financial assistance tailored to each individual or family’s situation.

We are located inside the Healdsburg Community Center, Room 5 and are open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Computer skills

Our Computer Literacy courses are offered entirely in Spanish and are designed to empower community members with basic digital skills. These free classes are held weekly in the fall and run as a 10-session series, covering topics such as internet navigation, email use, online safety, and basic programs through G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and more).

Many participants leave the course with practical outcomes in hand—such as a completed resume, custom-designed business cards, and the confidence to support their children with school assignments and technology use at home.

  • Financial assistance

Our financial assistance program serves residents of northern Sonoma County, providing essential support to individuals and families facing financial hardship. We strive to assist those in need with resources to maintain stability and well-being. Our essential services include assistance with rent, utilities, food and gas.

Our Family Resource Advocates work closely with individuals and families to create personalized plans, helping them navigate challenges and connect with the resources and opportunities they need to reach long-term success.

  • Immigration support & resources

We work closely with trusted partner organizations to provide direct referrals for immigration-related needs. Through these partnerships, we help connect individuals and families with support for emergency immigration cases, naturalization applications, and renewals for DACA and permanent resident cards.

Our goal is to ensure that community members have access to accurate information, timely assistance, and the legal resources they need to navigate their immigration journey with dignity and support.

  • Referrals to partner organizations

Corazón Healdsburg works closely with a network of trusted organizations across Sonoma County to ensure community members have access to a wide range of services and support.

We provide opportunities for these partners to offer co-located services directly from our Family Resource Center. Legal Aid of Sonoma County holds in-person visits at our office on the first Wednesday of every month, making legal assistance more accessible to our community.
