Through purposeful workshops, community collaborations, and partnerships with local institutions, we provide holistic support for academic success, bridging gaps and empowering our community members to realize their educational and career aspirations.

Community Building
At Corazón Healdsburg, our commitment goes beyond charity — we're dedicated to strengthening the social fabric of our community. Through strategic neighborhood outreach, cultural events, a robust volunteer program and transformative leadership initiatives, we actively invest in community networks and nurture emerging leaders. Our comprehensive approach is geared towards breaking cycles of poverty for local individuals and families and empowering them to create new relationships—with each other, with the community at large and with local systems and services that are meant to exist for everyone.
The Art and Culture Collective of Northern Sonoma County is key part of our Community Building Work. With support from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, this community-led group of artists, cultural organizers, and creative leaders works to expand access to the arts and honor diverse traditions. Through participatory grantmaking, the Collective ensures resources flow directly to local creators while building shared leadership and celebrating the cultural wealth of our region.
